About Us

 My name is Joe McCauley. I am the owner and operator of Blue Summit Productions located in central Virginia serving the Albemarle, Charlottesville, and surrounding areas. The Charlottesville area has always been a place I call home. After going to Radford University for a bachelors degree in Communications/Media Studies with a concentration in Production Technology, I felt the strong need to go back to my roots. In 2015, I decided to join my family business and worked as the digital media manager for Time Disposal. After my father sold his business to retire, I decided start my own company that combined two things that I am passionate about; real estate and videography. Blue Summit Productions was established in Spring 2021. We specialize in Real Estate Videography. I pride myself on using professional cinema equipment and software that will give the quality product you are looking for when selling or renting real estate. Each video is shot in 6K, edited, and color graded in professional software; the same software most Hollywood movies use today.
